CERT Training explores on-line training options
With the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic we continuously reflect on how we can protect our customers and their staff, CERT employees and our contractors.
CERT have already taken a shift from providing training in person and are exploring the option to provide training on-line via virtual classroom instead of site-based training.
Our highly skilled team of professionals are working together to approach the scope and facilitation challenges by thinking about the design and delivery of our programs and the technological solutions that can be utilised.
We are currently exploring the following:
- Virtual classrooms accessed via computer or tablet device
- Pre-recorded training sessions, with the opportunity to clarify anything with the trainer after the session is completed.
- Self-paced online learning with access to trainers to assist in interpreting and resolving any questions the student may have.
Our priority is to provide and maintain a safe environment for everybody during COVID-19, so that we may continue to deliver our usual high level of service and maintain our operational duties to a level of normalcy.
