Engenco welcomes Tony, the new Executive GM, Workforce Solutions

CERT is pleased to announce and welcome Tony as EGM of the newly established division within the Engenco Group – known as Workforce Solutions, which encompasses CERT and Momentum. We can now fully leverage the passion and build the synergies of our two people focussed businesses.

Tony’s proven capability to lead, transform and grow business through creating innovative solutions, has seen him lead large scale workforce transformational skilling and outsourcing projects of up to 3,000 people during his senior management career.

Working across the APAC region, he has built an education and labour business delivering countless joint initiatives across various industry sectors including Aviation, Business, Transport and Logistics, State and Federal Government and Hospitality and Tourism groups where he delivered employment pathways and career development programs for over 5,000 trainees.

With an emphasis on leading high performing teams, Tony is now looking forward to combining CERT and Momentum in leading reskilling and future proofing initiatives to large scale workforces, across the industrial services sectors such as Rail, Mining, Infrastructure, Construction and Defence.
